We accept cash payments for psychiatric and therapy services. Please remember that all insurance copays / coinsurance, balances, and cash payments are due on the day of your visit.

Insurance and Financial Responsibility

As a patient, it is your responsibility to:

• Confirm that we are part of your insurance network

• Check if you have a deductible

• Make payments on time

Balances Over Thirty Days

Balances not paid in a timely manner may affect the ability to schedule follow-up appointments. Patients are expected to pay their balances in a timely manner in order to prevent interruptions in their care.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the appointment.

Intake Paperwork

Intake paperwork must be completed and signed before your intake appointment is

scheduled. This helps us to:

• Process your documents quickly

• Ensure all necessary information is collected

• Give the provider enough time to review your history before your appointment
